Shipping Policy

Welcome to DownShifters. This page outlines how we process orders, estimated delivery times, and how we handle lost, stolen, or undeliverable shipments.

Order Processing
• Standard orders require 1-2 business days for processing.
• Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
• Custom or made-to-order items may require 3-5 business days before shipping.

Shipping Times
• All shipping times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
• We aim to ship on schedule, but courier delays can occur and are outside of our control.
• Typical delivery time to major regions such as the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia is 5-7 business days when shipped through DHL International or FedEx Express.

Lost Packages
• If your tracking shows no movement for more than 21 days, contact us at support@downshfters.us
• After our investigation:
• If the package is confirmed lost, we will resend your order.
• Refunds are not issued for lost packages; replacements only.

Stolen Packages
• We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but stolen.
• Monitor tracking updates and ensure someone can receive your order.
• If theft occurs, file a claim directly with the courier.

Undeliverable Packages
• Packages returned due to an incorrect address, failure to pick up, or refusal of delivery can be resent.
• The customer is responsible for any additional shipping cost to resend.
• If you choose not to have it resent, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Damaged Items
• If your order arrives damaged, take clear photos of the item and packaging.
• Email us within 48 hours at support@downshifters.shop.
• After reviewing your case, we will arrange a replacement.

Weather and Uncontrollable Delays
• Severe weather, natural events, or carrier disruptions may affect delivery times.
• Delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed during such events.

Holiday Delays
• Order volume is higher during holidays, which may extend processing and shipping times.
• Place orders early if you need them during peak seasons.
