We build this store for enthusiasts like us, so we keep returns dead simple and fair.

• 30-day return window – Starts the day your package lands.
• No restocking fees – Ever.
• Everything is returnable (unused, original packaging) except installed parts, custom orders.

How to return

1. Email support@downshifters.com with your order number (photos only if claiming defect/damage).
2. We’ll reply fast (usually <24 hrs) with return instructions and the exact address.
3. Ship it back.

Refund options

• Full refund to your card (processed in 3–5 business days after we receive it)

Return shipping

• We pay if it’s our fault (wrong item, defective, damaged in transit). Pre-paid label on us.
• You pay return shipping on change-of-mind or “didn’t fit” returns.
